What this is for

This is a writing outline for a company that sells services, such as outsourced operations, design or development. Copy it into a document before building your slides. It helps you decide what each section needs to say. It is not a PowerPoint file, and the number of slides can change with the conversation.

Plan the content

  1. Write down the decision first

Decide what this presentation should help the buyer do: shortlist a partner, agree a discovery call or approve a defined scope. Record who will attend and what they already know. A deck sent ahead of a meeting needs more explanation than one a salesperson will talk through.

  2. Make the service boundaries visible

List what the team actually takes on, the inputs it needs and what it hands back. If the company sells several services, give the buyer a short overview before the detail. Show who owns planning, delivery and approval so “we work as an extension of your team” has a concrete meaning.

  3. Keep evidence beside the claim

A quality claim needs something a buyer can inspect: a relevant work sample, a named process, a permitted client quote or a current certification. Record the source and date before putting it on a slide. A client testimonial describes that client’s experience; it does not establish the result every future client will receive.

  4. Build a version for the meeting

Keep the slides needed for this buyer in the main sequence. Put detailed service lists and supporting documents in an appendix. End with the next step, who needs to join it and what each side should prepare. Read only the slide headings once: they should still explain the offer.

How this connects to the SEBPO deck

The SEBPO presentation covers digital advertising operations, creative design and development, and software development. It shows how client strategy connects to SEBPO execution, then presents credentials, client feedback and five value points. The outline below is a new worksheet you can adapt; it is not a reproduction of the June 2024 deck or a claim about its sales results.
