SEBPO sales presentation showing five reasons to choose the company

About this project

I led this from positioning to final design. I wrote all the copy, including the service descriptions and five-part value framework, and designed the full presentation.

Three services, one presentation

The deck covers digital advertising operations, creative design and development, and software development. It introduces the company, explains its services and uses credentials and client feedback to support the pitch.

20+competitor analyses
20+industry reports
50+client interviews

How I approached it

  1. 01

    Understand the market

I reviewed competitors and industry reports, alongside conversations with clients, to understand the market.

  2. 02

    Find the position

I used the research to develop and test the positioning, revising it more than 20 times.

  3. 03

    Define the message

I wrote the service descriptions for digital advertising operations, creative design and development, and software development. Each had to make sense to a potential buyer.

  4. 04

    Put it into the pitch

I designed the deck around the company’s services and what clients needed from them. Certifications, awards and client testimonials gave buyers evidence to assess the offer.

Five reasons to choose SEBPO

I organised the “How do we add Value?” section around five points: 24/7 service, quick takeover, maximizing resource ROI, competitive price and scalability. Together, they addressed practical questions about coverage, onboarding, team capacity, cost and growth.

The output

The finished sales presentation brings together the positioning, service descriptions, value framework and slide design. The deck linked below is dated June 2024.
