The brief

Explain SEBPO’s outsourcing services to agencies, publishers and ad platforms, and give potential clients reasons to consider the company as a partner.

My contribution

I led the presentation from positioning to final design. I wrote the service descriptions, the five-part value framework and all other copy, then designed the full deck.

20+competitor analyses
20+industry reports
50+client interviews

How I approached it

  1. 01
    Understand the market

I reviewed competitors and industry reports, alongside conversations with clients, to understand the market.

  2. 02
    Find the position

I used the research to develop and test the positioning, revising it more than 20 times.

  3. 03
    Define the message

I wrote the service descriptions for digital advertising operations, creative design and development, and software development. Each had to make sense to a potential buyer.

  4. 04
    Put it into the pitch

I designed the deck around the company’s services and what clients needed from them. Certifications, awards and client testimonials gave buyers evidence to assess the offer.

Five reasons to choose SEBPO

I organised the “How do we add Value?” section around five points: 24/7 service, quick takeover, maximizing resource ROI, competitive price and scalability. Together, they addressed practical questions about coverage, onboarding, team capacity, cost and growth.

The output

The finished sales presentation brings together the positioning, service descriptions, value framework and slide design. The deck linked below is dated June 2024.

What happens
when the wind stops?

Two social media concepts for Sumitomo SHI FW, explaining energy storage and waste-to-energy technology.

I researched, wrote and designed these for a job application. They are independent concepts, not commissioned work for Sumitomo SHI FW.

The idea

I started with questions and objects people would recognise, then used each carousel to explain the technology a little at a time.

My role

I researched the topics, came up with the concepts, wrote the carousel copy and designed the posts.

Could this waste become energy?

The first slide shows something familiar: discarded plastic bottles. From there, I introduce the scale of municipal waste and then explain gasification.

What if it isn’t windy enough?

Wind power depends on the weather. I used that problem to introduce energy storage, then explain how energy can be stored as liquid air.
