What we can work on

I’m Rakibul Huda, a content and communications specialist based in Helsinki. I work across research, positioning, writing and design. For a freelance content strategy project, we can start with a particular problem: an offer that is hard to explain, a set of messages that do not agree, or content that needs a clearer purpose.

  1. Audience and message

Who needs this information, what do they already know and what are they trying to decide? I can review your existing material and source information, then help define the messages each audience needs.

What you get: An audience summary and a messaging outline.

  2. Content priorities

We can turn those messages into a manageable set of things to make. That could mean service-page copy, a sales presentation, social posts or an internal newsletter. The choice should follow the audience and the job the content needs to do.

What you get: A content plan with formats, topics, channels and priorities.

  3. Briefs and first drafts

A plan needs enough detail for someone to use it. I can write briefs that set out the audience, main point, source material and next action, then develop the first pieces of copy and design.

What you get: Content briefs and an agreed first set of drafts.

Positioning work behind a sales presentation

For SEBPO, I developed the positioning, wrote all the copy and designed a sales presentation for agencies, publishers and ad platforms. The deck explains three service lines and organizes the reasons to choose the company into five value points. It is an example of my positioning and messaging work.

How we would start

  1. Bring the context

Send the business problem, audience, existing content and source material. If there is already a strategy, we can work from it.

  2. Agree the scope

We decide which questions the work needs to answer, what I will deliver and how feedback will be handled. The timeline and fee follow that scope.

  3. Review the work

We check the proposed messages and content priorities together before moving into the agreed drafts.

A few practical questions

Can we start with one project?

Yes. A single sales presentation, newsletter or set of service pages can be a useful starting point. Send what you have and what needs to change.

What language do you work in?

The writing and planning work shown here is in English. I’m based in Helsinki; send your audience and language requirements with the brief.

Can you write the content as well?

Yes. Research, messaging, copy and visual design are all represented in my portfolio. We can agree which parts you need for the project.

Enough about me.
Let’s talk.
