What we can work on

A launch brings a lot of choices. I help you work through the customer, offer and channel decisions, then put together the content and workflows needed to test them.

  1. Choose an initial customer

We look at the problem, current alternatives, reasons to switch and how you could reach buyers. We compare possible audiences and write down the assumptions behind the choice.

What you get: An initial customer profile, research gaps and interview questions.

  2. Shape the offer and message

We decide which problem to lead with, what the product can credibly promise and what evidence supports it. I turn those decisions into copy and sales materials.

What you get: A positioning outline, key messages and the agreed website or sales copy.

  3. Plan the first test

We choose a channel, an offer and a small test. We define the audience, owner, budget and success measure before running it.

What you get: A launch or acquisition test plan with a review date and decision criteria.

  4. Connect the workflow

Where useful, I connect research, customer data and outreach into a workflow your team can run. We agree the tools, data sources and review steps first.

What you get: A scoped GTM workflow, setup notes and a handover.

For SEBPO, I researched the market, developed the positioning, wrote the copy and designed the sales presentation. The case study includes the original slides and the decisions behind them.

How we would start

  1. Bring the product and the problem

Share what the product does, who uses it, what you have tried and the decision you need to make.

  2. Choose one starting point

We agree the questions, deliverables, timeline and fee. A customer research project, positioning review or launch plan can each be a starting point.

  3. Review the evidence

We check the work together, record what remains uncertain and agree what to test next.

Before we start

Can we start before launch?

Yes. We can work on customer assumptions, interviews, positioning and a first test plan. Any forecasts or untested assumptions will be labelled.

Can you make the content too?

Yes. We can include website copy, a sales deck, product explainers or campaign materials in the scope.

What does GTM engineering mean here?

It means connecting the steps between research, customer data and outreach. The scope depends on your tools and data; we agree what will be built and how it will be checked.

Do you work outside Helsinki?

I’m based in Helsinki and can work remotely in English. Send the project context so we can discuss the scope.
